Quaker Square Apartments

I do not recommend doing business with this realty company or leasing a unit through them. I have a pregnant friend who’s currently going through the wringer with them. To sum it up, they will be all smiles until you sign the paperwork and give money- then you will be ignored and treated like you should be grateful to have a place. We should’ve done the research beforehand, unfortunately we search the name Sheikh and found several lawsuits for fraud and theft against them. We also found that they will change company names after the lawsuits(RSS management group, Golden Gate properties, sheikh reality, zeshu financial group)
