Dave is very friendly and repairs everything quickly, he helped me install my TV, repaired the shower head and replaced the damaged food disposer(:

I have been here 5 yrs. and Dave has been absolutely the best since I moved in. He came in today to change the toilet from a leak. He cleaned up everything even the mess from the leak!! I am elderly and can’t get around so he was a heaven sent.

Sis-in-law lives here. Everything shut off when we plugged phone charger in to charge phones. Thought we popped a breaker but flipped every one and nothing came back on. Touched the out let that we tried to plug into and every thing came back on. JUST BY TOUCHING THE FACE PLATE. Not good, fire Hazzard?!!!. Then when we were out on the deck, the balcony above hers is coming apart. Hand rail looks ready to fall off. Looks like it was put together with nails not decking screws. 🤦‍♀️I should have taken pictures.

Dave is the awesomeness.. he came over and put my chair together for me and even brings filters for all the tenants every month.. he is a great asset to the company.

Absolutely awful. I lived there for two years. They sent me to collections when I thought I was paid up. Very poorly managed. I encourage all of my friends/family/you to not live here. I’d rather be homeless. Lowering my credit 120 points over a $500 bill that you never mentioned. Can’t get them on the phone. Can’t get them in person.
