Quail Ridge East Apartments

I’ve really like it here. The property managers are great. They are really kind a personable. They’re super on top of the maintenance here. They’ve made my experience here very good. It’s a quiet neighborhood near the high school. My only things is that traffic in this area can be pretty bad. But for the price I pay here, I’ve really enjoyed it. Just renewed my lease with them.

I have lived at the Quail Ridge Apartments and Townhomes for 5 years now and we have had a decent experience. I love the layout of the community, it's dog friendly, and has multiple pools. I would recommend it to my friends and family.

TOXIC MOLD. I lived in a basement unit and had a leak. Reported multiple times to management and maintenance. They told me it wasn't mold growing up my door and on the carpet. They did an in house test for mold and supposedly sent it off to a 3rd party lab but would never share the results with me. All they told me was there was no positive results for mold. I started feeling sick and having really bad allergies. I then hired a professional licensed mold company to do a test and the results came back positive for toxic mold. The tester told me to move out ASAP and throw anything away that can't be cleaned properly. I had to throw away all of my furniture. Feels Like Home – Truly Wonderful Place to Live! Living at Concord Manor has been an amazing experience. Everything is always clean, quiet, and well-maintained. I feel safe, comfortable, and peaceful here every day. The neighbors are friendly, the environment is calm, and there are no bad odors or mess like in other apartments. You can really feel the difference here. As a current resident, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality living space. I’m truly happy to call this place my home!

Overall, the grounds are very well maintained. All the staff are very friendly and take your concerns seriously. If there are any problems, they are quick to help fix them. All the facilities are great and the units are well made. The free internet is amazing. The neighborhood feels safe. I've never had any issues with theft or security. I did have a family of mice hiding in my AC, but, after that was taken care of, there haven't been ANY issues with pests. My only real complaint is the noise. The walls are pretty thin. You will be able to hear your neighbors watching TV or their dogs barking all night long. Overall, though, I am still very satisfied with my stay and would recommend it if you're looking for a place that's affordable, safe, and comfortable.
