In 2019 my wife & I began our search for a Clark County builder for a custom ‘downsized’ retirement home. Quail Homes & Jon Girod’s build team checked all the right boxes to meet our needs. Our home, a CAFE RV floor plan, met all our needs and Quail’s team/subcontractors FULLY DELIVERED on design, requested upgrades and quality workmanship. Move forward to 2024… Having thoroughly enjoyed our original build process, we contacted Jon Girod to consider a further upgrade to our home as we had available land to add what is now called a ‘Flex Room’ behind our RV garage. Plans and permits were drawn up, construction began end of Summer and full completion was done before Christmas - ON SCHEDULE. Background Our home is an approximately 2,700 sq. ft. ranch, designed to be net-zero capable.
