2 years at QC and I am perfectly happy Management and staff are friendly and respectful Maintenance is efficient Property is well maintained Conveniently located which helps tenants without cars easily walk or ride their scooters to places where they can shop Frequent inspections assures tenants that their apartment will be safe and well maintained.

I liked this place from the time I moved in but since new management took over a couple months ago I LOVE this place!!! Trish is the best…organized, efficient, and friendly. I’ve had a couple of issues but everything always gets taken care of in a timely manner. I love the cleanliness, the atmosphere, the sense of protection…not to mention the great view behind the apartment building.

I just moved here in August and I have met a lot of really nice people. It is really quiet here for the most part and clean and they have lots of things for you to do here so I definitely do not feel alone. I love the way they keep tabs on you tooo!! They are having a Thanksgiving feast And their making sure no one is left out That lives here and they have big Christmas plans for us too!!! I used to have a friend that lived here and she loved it too!! I think they’re doing an awesome job!! Judy

A quiet complex for Seniors. It is an older building. Great location with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Borders a park with a nice pond.

I visit friends who live at Quail, I've always found the place very clean, the office personal very helpful, & caring of the residents that reside here. one of my friends who live here was so very pleased with the Thanksgiving lunch. She said the office staff did such a wonderful job in preparing some of the food & got residents involved in bringing delicious side dishes and desserts, stating it's beginning to feel like a real community If I could give 5 stars I would the staff there are so caring & helpful
