Quail Creek Apartments

DO NOT RENT !!! this company has charge us over 2,700 dollars at move out. The apartment was lived in for 3 years so yes there was some wear and tear BUT NOTHING to be charging us that amount. They have now sent the bill to collections and I am having to reach back out to my attorney. Save yourself the trouble and rent from a different company. I have attached photos so you guys can see for yourself the condition of the apartment at move out and what they claimed to need 2,700 dollars for! Edit to their response: Upon reviewing the photos you provided, many are unclear and appear to be blurry images of walls throughout the unit. Please provide clear BEFORE photos of the unit that substantiate the alleged “damage.” Without documented before-condition photos, there is no basis to claim that

Where do I even begin? It's been over 34 years since I last rented in a large apartment complex like Quail Creek, and honestly, I was a bit hesitant—despite being a lifelong renter. But I shouldn't have worried for a second. My mother and I have called this place home for the past three months, and we absolutely love it here. It's been a total game-changer for us! From the moment we arrived, the staff made everything seamless. Brandi and Heather are absolute gems—warm, responsive, and genuinely caring. They went above and beyond to answer our questions, made provisions when we had a few hiccups and continue to make us feel welcome. The property itself is imaculate and incredibly well-maintained. Apartment is old and the walls are very thin. You can hear person snoring upstairs. Also, they charge you hefty move out fees. Will charge you fortune for normal wear and tear. Avoid the apartment, for the price you can find much better apartment and much better management. Also avoid Brandi the property manager. She is unreasonable.

Our apartment was not ready when we moved in. There was a lot of unfinished work and even trash left over from the previous tenant which was never cleaned up even after we brought it to their attention. A few days after moving in I documented all the previous damage from the people who lived there before and sent it to them in email, including evidence of pet damage. This was all damage that they failed to put on their move in report so I wanted it added. When we moved out they still charged us a tremendous amount of money for damage that was there when we moved in and was not our responsibility, despite this documentation. I tried to fight it but they just sent it to collections. We filed a dispute with collections but they just sent it to a different agency. After fighting this for half

I have been a resident at Quail Creek going on six years. I love the neighborhood, it has beautiful property. I love how most trips to surroundings is many times a mile or less. The management are super nice, Brandi and Heather are very approachable. A great place to call home.
