Living at Quad Apartments in Wilmington has been such a wonderful experience. The location couldn’t be better: just across the street from UNCW, which made everything incredibly convenient. The community itself is warm and welcoming. Our neighbors were always kind, and the atmosphere truly felt like home. A special thank you to the managers, Cindy and Renee, who are absolutely fantastic. They’re attentive, supportive, and genuinely care about the residents. They played a huge part in making our time in Wilmington unforgettable. We also really appreciated that the complex is pet-friendly. Our two dogs, Cookie and Hazel, were always welcomed and felt right at home. As we head to Texas for our next adventure, we’ll truly miss living here and especially miss Cindy and Renee. I lived here for two years and was overwhelmed with the amount of kindness and community that I received from my neighbors, and also Rene and Cindy at the office. They always made me feel valued and I keep in touch with them to this day. This is safe, clean, warm, and beautiful community to live in. I miss it everyday!

Beautiful place, it's also quiet especially since I'm located near the pool. And everyone is friendly!!

The leasing office has been so helpful since I moved in! Rene was the one who took care my move in application and was always transparent, forward, and welcoming during the whole process. So far me and my roommates made 2 work order requests that was a major problem for us and they immediately took care of it. Location is great too. you dont have to deal with college road traffic which can get bad, and you get on campus within 15-20 mins walk.

My experience here has been amazing so far! It is safe, close to UNCW campus, and the amenities are great! Rene and Cindy are extremely helpful and kind and some of the nicest people I have met. They truly care about the residents! Overall, I love it here and would highly recommend!
