Qt Property Management

You are lucky if you get your phone call answered. Don't expect a phone call in return if you request one via voicemail, or even if you have spoken with someone and request a call back. Management is NEAR impossible to get a hold of. In my first 5 months here the water has been shut off 5 times because of an "emergency", the longest period being OVERNIGHT. They don't uphold their word on management of parking lots, or ensuring all entries and exits to the buildings are locked. In their "renovated" apartments, all of the appliances come from a scratch and dent supplier, and they replaced the kitchen sinks with a material that is incredibly hard to clean. The water here is so hard that it is damaging their "renovations". TRUELY not worth 1200 a month for a one bedroom. NOT WORTH IT. Not even

DON’T MOVE HERE!!!! Worst management ever. I moved here when the property was under Skyline Property Management. Unfortunately, they were bought out by the useless QT Management, and everything went downhill. The apartment smells like dog piss, trash is everywhere, and the doors stay unlocked. Management never gets back to you and clearly doesn’t care about tenant concerns. There was a flood in my apartment caused by a leak from the upstairs neighbor’s toilet—and they did nothing. They even refused to provide a maintenance report so I could give it to my insurance. Don’t move here. P.S. The landlord is never in the office and never answers his phone.

By far thee worst property management company I’ve ever came across. They do NOTHING for their tenants. Windows are covered with mold, floors are broken & I could go on & on & on. All they care about is getting their rent money & nothing else. The property I live at used to be great until QT came along. Sad.

Whatever you do, do not rent here. I moved into the Brooklyn Blvd Apartments circa October 2024 while it was being managed by another realty company. During the middle of my partners and I lease, they had sold the building to QT Realty and the quality of the apartments and care for its tenants went down hill QUICKLY. After they took over management of our building, we had lost hot water for a period of a couple months, I had packages stolen and could never get a hold of CC tv footage to make police reports because QT realty would NOT answer the phone or my emails, constant trash in the parking lot, apartment building smells disgusting, garbage cans constantly full, children playing ding dong ditch and it was NEVER addressed. When we moved out October of 2025 we were never given move out in

incredible lack of communication. been living here for 6 months, and the water has been shut on 5 TIMES. They do not uphold their end of the housing contract. couldnt be more disappointed. TERRIBLE WATER QUALITY- ALL APPLIANCES ARE FROM THE SCRATCH AND DENT STORE. NOT WORTH THE MONEY.
