Make sure to read through the rental agreement fully before committing to a lease. Green Park Apartments not only chargse 2 months rent to cancel, but also forfeits your deposit, and reserves the right to charge an Additonal fees upon vacating. I've been renting for over 15 years and I've never had a landlord so greedy for money. Also, The apartments are NOT worth $1700 per month. And they built the garage underneath with less stalls than apartments in order to charge a premium on indoor Parking.

Just moved into a 3 story townhouse with this property management company. So far it’s been great. Quick responses on any questions I had, the move went smooth, as I was well updated and informed on everything. The place looked sensational -10/10 to the cleaners and if any maintenance needed done- as my place was/is in perfect shape. Not to mention, everyone has been very kind. I hope this continues for as long as I live here :):):) very pleased/happy so far!

I have lived at Green Park for two years, and overall my experience is excellent. Rebecca is a wonderful property manager who is always responsive and on top of things. The only unfortunate issue is that some residents do not consistently pick up after their dogs in the dog park. While maintenance regularly cleans the area, the issue continues due to a lack of responsibility from a few pet owners. Despite this, my overall experience at Green Park is very positive.

My experience with Q4 Real Estate has been excellent. I recently relocated from the Miami, Florida area to sunny Cedar Rapids, Iowa 🥶😊, and the team made the entire transition easy, smooth, and comfortable. They were responsive, professional, and genuinely supportive throughout the process. I truly appreciate the level of service and would highly recommend any Q4 property that they oversee to anyone relocating or searching for a new home.

I’ve never been so happy to be done with a property management company. From day one of our lease we had a terrible experience with Rebecca who was our agent. Due to an outage at Alliant, our utility account did not get setup properly. Q4 put a fee on our portal, and while trying to figure out what went wrong between Alliant and Q4, Rebecca was rude and impatient. It seemed like she had no will to help us at all. Next, we had issues with Rachel, a receptionist at the time at Q4. We are acquainted with her personally due to mutual friends. Rachel went on to spread rumors about us and us staying in the unit.
