If I could give you 0 stars, I would. The one who came to my home for an appraisal gave me very less value when there are other homes in my community sold for more value already. I do not know how did they even get the license to do this terrible job. I'm not giving poor review, because I got low value for my home, its because I found many mistakes in the appraisal document and sent a dispute which my bank accepted but this company did not. Pathetic service. What an easy way to make money without doing their job properly. Stay away from this company.

I wanted to sell my second home in Boca Raton, FL and I called Q Valuations for an appraisal to help establish a value for my property. Their work was thorough and professional and helped me in setting a value for my property which I was able to sell in 3 weeks!!!
