I wouldn't rent from these people. They scammed me into some rotten stinky apartment at 102 Sumter Street apartments C under Nile rentals. Absolutely disgusting, they're so unbelievably sorry they didn't even bother cleaning the million bugs that were everywhere in the apartment and the roach feces that were all over the ceiling and walls and floor. The place actually made me sick. Every window in the place had broken locks. It's has a gas heater that was made in 1994 that will probably explode and kill somebody. The has mold growing at all times in it. Doesn't come with a stove or refrigerator, the landlord sherry lied and said she told me. Yeah if you talk to Sherry ask her about the place being condemned a few years ago, just another example of why Laurens is one of the sorriest countie
If I could give zero stars I would DO NOT RENT FROM THEM !!! They don’t like fixing nothing..!!!!DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!!
