On the commercial side, they can help you buy, sell, build, lease, or manage your commercial property. Lastly, they can help work on small to large development deals. They are a one-stop shop with a high level of personalized service. They are a hidden gem on the oceanfront of Virginia Beach. If you are looking for this type of real estate firm with over 40+ years in our local market and great people, give them a call. You will do yourself a favor to have them help with all your real estate needs.

I came to Pyle Realty with a short timeframe to find a house in Virginia Beach before my PCS from Florida. Nathan & Annie worked with me to find the perfect house, prepare an offer, and had our offer accepted on the first go - from first contact with Pyle Realty to closing in about a month! Nathan and Annie were absolutely amazing agents! As a first-time homebuyer, I was pretty nervous about the whole process. From the beginning, they both took the time to sit down with me, explain how everything works, and ask thoughtful questions to understand what I was looking for in a home. Throughout the journey, we learned more about my preferences with each showing, which really helped us narrow down the search. When it came time to make offers, Nathan walked me through all my options and made sure each one was strong and competitive. Naturally, it took a few showings before we found the right one. Annie would go through listings almost daily and send me ones she thought I’d like. One day, she sent me a home that she felt checked all the boxes—and she was right! We went to see it, and

DO NOT rent from Pyle Realty! My lease ends on May 31st but clearly their renovations could not wait because the banging started on May 8th at 8am for 12 hours while I tried to work! The hammering was so loud and forceful that things fell off the walls and shelves. They gave me NO time frame nor schedule for this work and only said they were "replacing a window" NO mention of a complete exterior renovation but now I have strange men in and out of my private space ripping out ALL of my windows for 2 days and as you can see from the photo they are far from done. This is unacceptable and Pyle thinks they will hold me responsible for damages when I WATCHED one of the blinds get broken. Not to mention my poor cat is traumatized. Ridiculous!!
