Denice was very courteous and helpful in finding my new residence. I certainly give them my recommendation. However, there’s the one thing, if someone is physically disabled they should not have to view the property physically in order to fill out an application. The virtual viewing would be sufficient for that individual.

Marty was absolutely wonderful, super kind, personable and helpful! He continued to follow up with me until he was certain the work order had been recieved and processed. His kindness brightened my day!

Being that my apartment building has been acquired by a new property management company, I am now able to write a real and honest opinion of my experience without fear of retaliation from Pure Property Management. To clarify, my fear of retaliation was solely based on a family member of mine being terminated from their company shortly after they acquired Action Property Management.
