PURE Property Management of Colorado

We have been long time renters at the same place since 2012 and we have had a great experience all of these years. Karen has always been very helpful anytime we have had any questions or concerns, and responds in a timely manner. The tenant portal is very helpful and convenient when we need something fixed and also resolved in a timely manner. Overall we are very happy with our experience with Pure Property Management, obviously- we’ve rented from them for 13 years!

Currently battling to get a hotel accommodation because the place we recently moved into has a busted pipe that has been flushing our toilets STRAIGHT INTO THE CRAWLSPACE. We are living over a pool of our own waste and likely breathing in mold and god knows what else through our air ducts. We started requesting help for this weeks ago when flies started to appear, and after sending an exterminator (which I told them would not solve the root issue) and countless guys who just looked at it and said they'd be back soon. DO NOT RENT WITH THIS COMPANY for your own safety.

We recently had a maintenance issue and PURE Property Mgmt and in particular Seth Esguerra was great to work with. Seth responded quickly to our issue and kept us up to date to when a contractor would be available and even followed up to make sure all was fixed to our satisfaction. Well done!

I rented a house for three years, and Pure became the property managers of the place after about the first year. Upon moving out, they charged ridiculous, illegal, and exhoribatant fees and are trying to keep almost the entire security deposit, despite the property being left in excellent condition. I suspect they are just attempting to recoup lost money because they failed to secure a new tenant for that first month. Be very wary of doing business with them, and DOCUMENT EVERYTHING like I did. You'll need it for court to get your deposit back!

My experience with PURE Management in Denver has been deeply disappointing. In my interactions with management, I found communication inconsistent, policies applied unpredictably, and difficult situations handled in a way that felt more threatening than collaborative. As an owner, I expect transparency and professionalism, and I did not receive that. I also encountered concerns with how tenant claims and documentation were reviewed, which left me feeling unprotected and unheard. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage others to be cautious and look closely before choosing this company.
