Punta Gorda Properties

I lived at Oaks On Henry for 2 years (only moving due to personal reasons, if I could stay here I would!), and it has been great. The apartments are all very nice with thick walls (I never once heard any of my neighbors), washer/dryer in unit. 2nd floor units have roughly 13ft tall vaulted ceilings that really open up the space, each unit has a screened in lanai. If you snag a corner unit, the master bedroom also opens up to the lanai which is great. I dealt with two hurricanes here the past couple years, and rode them out with ease. The property is situated high enough that flooding doesn't go in the first floor units (The highest the water got was to the rim of car tires in the parking lot in the back, this was flooding during Milton I believe, could've been the other hurricane in 25),
