This property has major problems, both with habitability and how residents are treated. I lived here and dealt with long-term plumbing issues that were never properly resolved. Wastewater backups, foul odors, and an unusable kitchen became the norm, despite repeated maintenance requests. When I personally contacted the leasing office to address these concerns, I spoke with leasing staff member Nate Davis. His tone was dismissive, condescending, and inappropriate. The language and attitude used during that conversation left both of us feeling degraded and treated differently than we would expect in a professional housing environment. My experience at Proximo at Peña Station has been extremely disappointing and stressful, and I would strongly caution anyone considering this property. For a significant portion of my tenancy, I dealt with ongoing plumbing issues involving the kitchen sink, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. Dirty wastewater repeatedly backed up into the dishwasher, there was standing contaminated water, and the unit developed persistent foul odors that would spread throughout the apartment. These conditions were unsanitary and made it difficult—at times impossible—to safely use my kitchen. I submitted numerous maintenance requests over many months. This community is supposed to offer parking spaces for residents (that they PAY MONTHLY for) yet, they require residents to moved (or be moved by towing) FREQUENTLY! From re-tarring their parking lot, to roof repairs, to the latest exterior repairs. The residents PAY for a parking spot in the LOT, and this complex limits spots so residents have to either ignore the signs and park anyway with possible being towed, Or are FORCED to park in the street! PROXIMO is ridiculous! Refund residents these fees! PS. All photos posted are of the same DAY (and this has been going on for at least 2 WEEKS)

I cannot recommend this apartment building. The management is consistently unresponsive to serious issues, creating an unsafe and unsanitary living environment. The main building door is frequently broken, leaving residents locked out and creating a major security risk for everyone. My neighbor's door, which was broken in a raid, was left unrepaired for over six months—a clear example of management's negligence. Maintenance staff have a history of entering apartments without proper notice, violating resident privacy. On top of the security issues, the hallways often reek of trash, as residents have to drag their garbage downstairs. The guest parking is also a complete hassle, costing $10/night with aggressive towing practices. Until management makes a significant change, I would advise any
