What a beautiful place to live! Extremely well appointed apartments - some with a view of the Cape Fear River through store-front windows! They have studios, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom floor plans that are all incredible. They flow wonderfully as you walk through and you are drawn to the spectacular windows. I LOVED the kitchens...TONS of cabinets in a beautiful light wood finish and gorgeous white countertops. So much space in every kitchen, no matter the size of the unit. They are offering specials right now as construction is still on-going and anticipating the first move-in date around Mid-March 2026. I have watched the construction of this complex for months and I was so excited to get the tour with Kam, who was a wealth of knowledge and was very prepared for my tour. You HAVE
Our tour was absolutely amazing. Nicest complex i’ve ever seen. Kam was a huge help in showing us around and truly made us feel like he cared. 100% recommend proximity watermark!
Someone decided to put a review for uncontrollable environmental circumstances which cannot entirely be true. So I’m eating 5* to help offset. These apartments look nice.
