Mind you these are different pictures of roaches in the span of two minutes walking up to the room, a room that they increased to 900$$(and that’s to live with 3 other people in an unrenovated room) with cracks in the floors, poor circulation so hella dust etc. TO LIVE WITH RODENTS URINE ALL UP AND DOWN STAIRS , ELEVATORS DONT WORK IN EITHER BUILDING IN A FOUR FLOOR BUILDING, it’s been weeks now, door to the parking garage broke, HEAR ME WHEN I SAY YOU ARE BETTER PAYING 100 extra dollar LIVING SOMEWHERE ELSE for your own apartment or 1 roommate, they done lost they damn mind thinking this place a small room to live with 3 people is worth even 700+ ,And by the time you pay the absurd extra fees it’s well over 1,000 again to live with rats, roaches (check the reviews) hall ways smell like a

I recently took a tour of Proximity and was very impressed with how clean and modern the complex was. The club house, theater room and study are all newly renovated. The apartment units were furnished, very clean, quiet and spacious. The property staff were super friendly and accommodating - can't wait to come back and use the pool this summer!

I am upset to learn that the price to rent a one-bedroom (4x4) in a four-bedroom apartment here has increased by $200 in over the span of one year. My renewal lease for August 2026 is now rated at $815 per month, whereas last year the rent was $630 for 1 room in an 4 bedroom apartment shared with three others. I am shocked by such a significant increase, especially given that there have been minimal renovations and ongoing issues noted by other residents in their reviews. I am disappointed, as I do not believe paying over $800 per month for a single room—considering the size and conditions of the apartments.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I've been living here for almost 2 years and recently faced an issue with my dishwasher. Jonathan was extremely polite and efficient in addressing the issue, and he even followed up with me to ensure everything was working fine. Lisa was very accommodating, especially considering it was the weekend and close to closing time. She's always been supportive, helping me schedule maintenance when needed. Megan in the office is another gem. She's consistently available, answering calls and even assisting me in determining the size of my mattress so I could purchase the right sheets. Both the office and maintenance staff go above and beyond to ensure I'm well taken care of. Highly recommend this wonderful team!
