Providence Reserve Apartments

We've been here for almost five years now and like every other apartment complex, it has its good and bad. They seem to be going through quite a few staff changes lately which keeps changing the atmosphere of the place but we're thankful for the one maintenance worker, Carlos, who has been here for about a year and a half now. He's the only one of the staff we even recognize anymore. He's personable, efficient, and dependable. We need a whole crew of "Carlos" then maybe things will get done more timely around here. If we lose that one, we're in trouble and the apartments are older so they require maintenance regularly. Typically, the neighborhood is pretty quiet and it feels safe, even walking around in the evening. The parking lot is pretty spacious and well lit now. Pest control used to

I love the neighborhood is very nice and quiet at night, I feel at peace here, my neighbors are wonderful people. The people in the office are very friendly and the workers are very polite and wonderful.

(Keep reading PLEASE.) Okay for STARTERS. They dont ever repair anything, we've lived here for years, asked many times for a new door, garbage disposal.. why? because our apartment came UNFINISHED! And also they just raised rent to 1254! It was 899 when we moved here! What crack are ya'll snorting. also our apartment flooded, our walls are damaged, our roof is damaged, there's mold growing and I am ALLERGIC. I swear you guys are just a hazard, but I cant go anywhere! Thanks a LOT.🙄

I wanted to leave a review regarding the maintenance man Carlos. He was very professional, kind and took his time to listen to what we needed fixed in the apartment. I also always see him around picking up the trash that people leave around the complex unfortunately and also always see him cleaning the area of the dumpster when people leave the trash in front instead of them throwing it away. He definitely takes his job serious and you can tell that he takes pride in making sure the complex is kept up. Keep up the great work Carlos!
