Providence Place

This is a very nice place to live as a senior. It's clean and maintenance is always on time when needed. There is an exercise room and movie room. There is also things that you can engage in with others tenants. There's no loud music or cars.

I just moved in and I love living here. People are super friendly. I love that, I have a flower bed to work in. I feel safe. The people in the office are nice and they get things done. I would definitely recommend anybody moving here.

My husband & I moved here in Sept. We were very impressed with everything we saw & the tenants we met. There are so many different activities for everyone to enjoy. Day trips, excercises, hair salon, medical professional visits, blood pressure checks, etc.! Wonderful Birthday cake, for the monthly Birthdays, free movies! The office staff is very helpful. I am giving 4 stars because, the only thing I don't like, we are facing the street, in our cottage & it can be very noisy.. day & night...

This senior community is beautiful, quiet, extremely well maintained, and has an excellent professional leasing staff. Very accommodating guidelines. Lots of activities for seniors. Immaculately groomed and kept grounds. Easy access to I-10 West Greene and Fry Road. Lots and lots of stores and shopping and restaurants and boutiques and bookstores... you name it it's within 5 not even 10 minutes away. If you're 55 or older, and love Katy Texas, come to Providence Place and check it out. Like me, you'll be impressed and ready to move in right away. There's even an option for rental control if you are limited to Social Security income. Which is unique and unusual in a community as lovely and elegant as this one.

Parking for visitors is greatly needed. Each unit has an attached garage, but most unit builds have maybe two standard and one handicap parking slot. What happens when you have neighbors that have 2 to 3 vehicles, your visitors have to park buildings away.
