Providence Custom Homes is an excellent company to work with! We were so blessed by their expertise, professionalism, efficiency, and care. We were deciding what we should do when we needed a new roof. We have always wanted a sun room/porch and a media room below that, but wasn't sure if we could afford it, and if it was a wise decision. Providence Custom Homes helped us to make the right decision. We couldn't be more happy with our new roof, sun porch, and media room. They did an amazing job. It's been a little over a month and we couldn't be happier with our new home built by Doug and his crew! Before deciding to build, we spoke to friends and colleagues who had recently built homes about what to expect. My parents recently remodeled their home and it took over a year. Everyone told us to add a couple months to the time frame the builder gave us, watch the builder like a hawk, and add in plenty of money for change orders. I'm happy to say that none of those warnings were necessary with Providence. The house was ready exactly when Doug said it would be - in just about 3 months. Doug did everything exactly as we had discussed and any (minor) concerns were addressed promptly.
