Prospector's Point Apartments

Kicked me and my family out after 7 years never missing rent. At $900/m The end pictures are the unit I lived in, super outdated the vanity in the master they never changed. Just covered a ton of mold up and I even told them I made a problem with the company that owed it before. The manager said he gave us a 30 day notice, which was never left in the door at all. My wife’s a stay at home mom. Then pleaded with corporate to give us another month which I had already paid for. Just to find a place for our family of 5 to live. They then gave us 14 more days which hey that’s generous, but if your gunna kick us out and “update the whole apartment “why am I charged with so much and why hasn’t it hit my credit report yet? I’m almost at a loss for words at how horrible my experience with these people was. The first time we went there, we immediately noticed the erratic behavior of the leasing agent. She seemed very disorganized, possibly on speed, and was extremely rude from the start. We decided that dealing with an obnoxious person was worth the low rent. We were very, very wrong. The first issue was with our application, she and the packet (see photos) both said rental history could be from any time, as long as everything was in good standing. I had to basically do this woman’s job for her, calling my old apartments and having them send her the information. A month and some days into this process, she decided to let me know the rental history had to be from the past two years. The application didn’t state
