Prospector Property Management

⭐ 0 Star We completed cleaning services for two units in October and still have not been paid despite repeated follow-ups. We are now moving forward with a lien due to non-payment. Highly do NOT recommend Prospect Property Management to any vendor or contractor. Unprofessional and unreliable.

There was mold in my apartment that Jack Davis was made aware of and property management was notified by the third day of my lease. The landlord admitted to it being their fault but jack refused to make progress with the unit for months. By the time I moved out my daughter and I had been berated and called crazy by the maintenance man whose name is Mark. We also had significant health implications due to the mold including multiple doctor visits for both of us. After failing to get an email response from Jack Davis to negotiate a new lease for months, I finally got him on the phone on 8/30/24. We verbally agreed on new terms, but he mentioned that they needed to be notarized and I would need to come into the office for that. I tried to schedule with him immediately but it was the Friday before Labor Day Weekend and he said he wanted to get out of the office early, so he'd be in contact with me. It's been more than three weeks since that conversation and Jack has not responded to any of my numerous emails, phone calls or voicemails. Calls/voicemails left direct with Prospector have gone unanswered too. This is extremely unprofessional. If you can help it, avoid Prospector Property Management.

Jack Davis manages the building I've lived in for 12 years. It can take weeks to get a response to an email. If you get a response it's defensive and petty. Just unprofessional. Now that I've moved out, my deposit is being in part withheld. I'm told it's standard procedure to bill me to change the locks for the next tenant - as the locks haven't been changed I'm curious where the money went. An all around unpleasant experience.

since i have told my truth about this company they sent me messages bribing me to take my review off.. I stand in what happen to me this was such a horrible encounter i cried at work in front of my coworkers as i was told i was another one of those. another what hard working black woman i work a good job and my credit is well beyond qualified. i was told i was annoying and so much more people need to know these people are rude and now harassing me by email to take this off is even more crazy and how's the owner is narcissistic and arrogant and thinks he can use his power an erase how his company has treated a person. as i was nothing but respectful. my heart hurts for other African American women and women of all kind as we are treated very poorly by companied based on color and gender
