Living in prospect row is actually the nicest student/ college apartments I have ever been in. The large counter spaces to the huge bedrooms with each room having its own balcony, gives me everything and more that I need to live not only comfortably but lavishly too.

We moved in and the place was dirty marks on walls, stairs, and floors. Balconies are also dirty, place was just not move in ready even tho we paid a $250 move in fee. Still don’t have Wifi and now the office wants us to call WhiteSky even tho we pay them to do it (have not gotten concessions for Wifi not being available for the 2 and a half months we have already lived here). Washer and Dryer were not in great shape.

Great place to live. Huge living spaces and each room gets its own balcony.

Sydney has been a huge help with fixing all the stuff that went wrong before. She's really on top of things and actually listens when there's an issue, which is a big difference from the past managers. Plus, living here is super convenient since it's close to everything in College Town.

My daughter was told by the property manager Alison that they needed to get an additional roommate, which they did. My daughter gets a call from Alison saying that there no room for her now that one person wanted to stay. Why would she suggest them to get an additional person if they don’t know if someone is going to want to stay. That is not a way to run any business! I’m very disappointed with the way this mgmt company does things.
