Nice place!
Kingston provides subpar support regarding building maintenance for current tenants. No part of the property is proactively maintained and whenever issues arise, they are met with bandaid solutions or not addressed at all. Kingston needs to do better in gaining the trust and respect of their building tenants who are paying a lot of money for a building that is not properly maintained. The landlord is not interested in making any repairs or improvements that cost any money whatsoever.
