Katie was amazing! She gave us a full tour of the property, and we absolutely loved everything about it. She did a great job clearly explaining all the requirements and highlighting the differences between each apartment option, which made the process very easy to understand. She was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. 100% recommend working with her!

We have had a truly great experience living at Prospect Lake Wire Apartments. The community is clean, well maintained, and feels comfortable and welcoming. The location is excellent, and overall it has been a great place to call home. What really stands out is the professionalism and care from the management team. I especially want to thank Kadie for her kindness, responsiveness, and genuine willingness to help residents. She handled a recent difficult situation for us with empathy and fairness, and that left a strong positive impression. We found Prospect because we had sold our house and was building new and needed a short term (7-month lease) community. From the second we stepped on the property I knew it was the right fit for us. Kadie was amazing in getting us the info, answering our questions, and really walking with us through the process. She has remained that same person even after moving in. She has been highly attentive to needs, open to suggestions, and embraces high expectations for the community.
