Prospect Hall Apartments

Prospect Hall apartments has been short of amazing. In the year that that I have lived here (Saturday January 3rd), the staff has always been professional and kind, and the staff has also maintained professional boundaries, and each staff member has the up most set of integrity. Any maintenance request I submit is usually resolved the same day or within 24 hours (except on cases of emergency) then it is taking care of right away. The neighborhood is quiet, and everyone minds their business. I feel safe at the property and consider it a long term home for the foreseeable future. It feels good to live at a property where people enjoy coming into work and enjoy interacting with the tenets. Excellent holiday gatherings, loved the cookie share for those who participated.

I have been leasing at Prospect Hall apartments for a few years now! The location is perfect. The onsite staff are friendly and always reliable. I absolutely love the property. If you are looking for a clean and safe as well as beautiful place to rent Prospect Hall is the perfect community.

We lived here for 2 years and are so happy to have moved out. There's a reason there are so many apartments available. Outrageous utility bills. Outdated/inefficient appliances. Pretty much non-existent insulation. Parking sucks. Dog poop everywhere. And unless you're on the top floor, be prepared to hear everything your neighbors does. Aside from noisy neighbors, it's generally a very quiet area. No roaches/mice/etc. Apartments are clean. Maintenance crew responds quickly to work orders. I think my biggest complaint is with the leasing office. Make sure you pay close attention to everything they do. I don't believe anything done was intentional, but more of a result of incompetence. Get ready to be relentless if there is an issue, and even then, it will probably still not get resolved. G

All but good. Anytime I needed something, kim was extremely helpful . Would recommend these apartments to everyone. It is very clean and staff always helpful. Neighbors also very sweet and helpful

Prospect Hall apartments is a great place to live. The property is well cared for. The office staff are exceptional. The maintenance crew are fantastic and respond to any issues quickly and efficiently. I love living here
