I rented from Pro Source Realty. My father n law introduced me and my husband to Cheryl Owens. Where me and my husband was staying the landlord was ripping us off. I am disabled. I'm on dialysis 3× a week. When Cheryl introduced us to the house she rented out to us it was nice inside noand out. As time went by, things in the house needed attention. The a/c was working fine until it started blowing hot air. I put in work order. Cheryl would always question us like we was the reason the air conditioning wasn't working. Even when other things in the house needed fixing we always get the 3rd degree from her like we was bothering her. Then the back sliding glass door was stuck. It needed to be looked at. Maintenance came out to look at it, but it was still stuck to where you can't open it. Th

Terrible customer service, unprofessional and rude, don’t communicate when need to. They have a history of not coming to fix things in the home as well. They are a terrible company.
