Bree was amazing. She was very helpful and patient. We are new to the process and she walked us through everything. Let us take our time in the apartment. Other places felt rushed. The apartment is huge and the location is perfect for us. We will review again once we move in.

I absolutely love living here! Raymond, the Community Manager, is amazing and always on top of everything. The fitness center is great, and the convenience of being just five minutes from I-75 can’t be beat. The wine down Wednesday event they hosted was so much fun! The scenery around the community is stunning too with beautiful trees and mountain views. I would highly recommend this place!

I’ve lived here at Prose going on 2 months now and the management team that was here when i first moved in was very professional and helpful the new management team is very unprofessional and unhelpful. the free $1000 gift card that has been promoted on the website and promised to me was never given to me and i reach out almost every week to the office to see where my gift card is and no one has an answer. every time i call the office there is no response every time i email them there is no response. this agency is false advertising so be aware upon moving in. its very unfortunate that i am depending on something that was promised to me 30 days after move in and i still have not received my incentive.

I’ve recently just moved in this residence , the previous management was very professional and was always replying back to my calls/emails . This complex now has a new management team and it’s ridiculous on how every-time i call they never pick up the phone , I’ve emailed going on a month ago and they have yet to respond to them ! Today rent is due and they haven’t posted the charges yet for anyone to pay rent at all , which is ridiculous because what happened to yall having the whole month of January to get situated ???? All and all this is very frustrating and unfair to the residence , i truly believe the other management was the best option.

amazing property. the manager was very nice. he took the time to tour us even though he was busy. great pace
