Kate and her team have been sensational from the very beginning. We had an unexpected bathroom remodel, due to water damage, and she helped make sure I had a safe, long term space for my family. We’re the first people to rent this property and they have been so helpful with making sure we have everything we need to be comfortable. The communication with the team is always open and Kate went above and beyond for my family and I in such a stressful time. I really can’t say enough good things about this company, specifically Kate. Thank you so so much for this amazing hospitality and beautiful home.

what a gem! as an interior designer, I was very excited to stay at stumpjumper tiny houses. Upon arriving, they did not disappoint. Pouring over every detail, these guys got everything right! we will definitely make the trek back to idaho city again!

We stayed at Baxter #3, and what a wonderful experience! The apartment was immaculate, the beds super comfortable, the lighting in the bathroom incredible, the updated and fun 50's retro furnishings and decor, and the Peloton was just icing on the cake! The management company was top notch, very communicative. Overall, a very pleasant stay and we look forward to our next stay in April.

This was the best place ever. Everything is first class. Dishes, silverware, decor, bedding. Location. Will definitely stay again.

We had trouble getting into the place we initially booked but Alyssa came in at the exact moment we needed her and literally to saved the day and our weekend. She was able to get us into a place at the Baxter building. This place was absolutely awesome! It’s right down the street from downtown Boise with everything within walking distance or a short 3 minute drive! Next time we visit Idaho, we will definitely stay there again.
