This review is in part due to a few important things as a business owner in the real estate community. One, the pricing appeared to be highly uncompetitive and protected by a "buddy" system with the bank. When questioned about why is the quote nearly twice as much as the first 5-star rated appraisal contacted on Google, they indicated I speak with my bank who requested the appraisal. When contacting the bank they said they don't set the price and I could choose to proceed or not. Given we were nearly 30-days in the refinance process, starting the process all over would be highly inconvenient. Hence they really do have an anti-capitalistic system set-up. The lady that answers the phone for this place off the internet has poor communication skills needs to be fired to early in the morning to have a attitude while You Chose Customer service as your line of work
