I am sure if you are a property owner this may be a good company… That being said I unfortunately had a bad experience with this company as a renter. I never was allowed to view the home before signing a lease. We my lease was up over $800 of my deposit was taken to fix damage that was already there when I moved in. I was asked about an inventory list… First of all it should not be the renters responsibility to take inventory of damage. Secondly where am I supposed to come up with a witness if I knew I had to do this. Supposedly the owner of 6025 Crockett said the home had no damage when I moved in. I have no reason to lie to anyone. I just want the next person who chooses to rent from this business to watch your back and take stock of everything or you will not be taken care of properly.
