DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. My wife worked with “Manoj Kumar“ who seemed friendly upfront and we were interested in renting. After we worked out something and he said he needed some personal info and that he would speak to the home owner and get back to us so we could sign if everything went through by the Super Bowl. This guy proceeded to ghost my wife after we gave PERSONAL INFORMATION and won’t have the courtesy to just say that it wasn’t going to go through or whatever bs he wants to say. It’s super sketchy and I don’t see how you can run A business like this. I will be filing a preliminary Statement of Complaint with the DOS for these sketchy business actions and advise everyone to stay away. Working with Aditi from Property Professionals was one of the most disappointing and frustrating experiences I’ve had with a real estate agent. From start to finish, her behavior was unprofessional, disorganized, and frankly, shady. Aditi’s involvement in our rental process was minimal at best. She met us once to show the property and then strangely insisted that the landlords wanted to meet us at their house. That completely defeated the purpose of having a realtor in the first place. If tenants are expected to handle everything directly with the landlord, what exactly is the agent being paid for? When it came time to sign the lease, she showed up late—again, as she did every time we met. Her lack of punctuality and seriousness about her work is blatantly evident. She was paid over $2,0
