I just freshly renewed my lease for my 6th year at one of their properties and I didn’t hesitate at all to do so. I’ve never lived under a property management company that has been so responsive to any questions or concerns I may have. The maintenance team is full of great people who, despite having a lot on their plates, always manage to do great work when the time comes. Special shoutout to Eric and Carl for that in particular. Overall, I really like their selection of properties in great locations with tons of character and they make living there as easy as renting should be.

Property Pro's Mike in the maintenance department, 24 hr emergency department and Carl & Eric in the Electrical & Plumbing department quickly and efficiently repaired the heat system and unfroze the pipes in my home during below zero temperatures and weather emergency. We went to tour the Robert Sanders house apartment, and absolutely loved the building and unit. There were a few concerns regarding a lot of cracked paint and ceiling separation, holes and stuff like that. There was also some broken cabinetry, and a glass pane that was missing in the enclosed porch. However, Nikki told us all of this was going to be fixed and turned over and it was going to get a deep clean. We trusted that and signed a lease.
