Property Management - Silicon Valley

I rented a house managed by Property Management Silcon Valley for 8 years. I had to move away recently (where I experienced a rental home not managed by PMSV, and it was like night and day). I appreciated PMSV before, but now I truly see all they do and how much they take care of their tenants and owners. I am so excited to be moving back into the same house I was in before that’s managed by PMSV. I can’t wait to get back. They truly take care of their homes. The homes are spotless upon move-in with everything tested and working perfectly. And someone from PMSV comes back to the home every 6 months (at the renter’s convenience) to make sure all the smoke detectors and everything else is working. They respond to every question and maintenance request lightening fast. Also my move-out walk-

Exceptional, professional property management services. Highly experienced. Steve and team oversaw the leasing of our primary residence for 2 years while we were living out of state. PMSV took care of our house like it was their own. Communications were timely, clear, and responsive. They handled all requests from the tenant and, after checking in with us, scheduled all needed maintenance and repairs making the leasing experience seamless and efficient for us. Property Management - Silicon Valley has been managing our condo for over 10 years, including rentals and any maintenance and fixes that are needed. Their fees are the lowest, and their services are stellar. They stay on top of everything. They always provide great guidance both on tenant applications, maintenance and renovation. In terms of maintenance they provide great recommendations with reasonable prices. We have full trust in this company and highly recommend them.

cslled to get info on managing my property what a mess! first up they have some AI answer the phone had listen to her speal hit O to somone to get info it sent me back to AI had to tell her4 times i want sales. then she transfers me to a guy whose phone was breaking up badly and spoke really broken and hard to undertand english. just not professional. i hung rather then go through this nonse.
