Outstanding company! My family and I have been renting a home with Property Management Services Of Columbia for the last few years and they have been exceptional! Communication is always clear and timely, and any maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally. It’s obvious that they genuinely value the people who live in their properties, not just the properties themselves. Living here has been stress-free, and I appreciate how well they maintain the community and ensure everything is running smoothly. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place where tenants are treated exceptionally well.

UPDATE TO RESPONSE: As usual you harp on the things that are not pertaining to the issue. As stated on your Tenants Move-Out Procedure (photo attached) "Please ensure that all keys are returned to our office... This is not an expense that should be deducted from the security deposit. This is the tenants expense as she is to leave a working key and the home in a clean state. You also failed to do a proper inspection upon move out as you didn't go to the home until 8/9 as the tenant moved out on 8/2 to look through the windows as you didn't have a working key (you're supposed to have a working key at all times). Start taking responsibility for your mismanagement of our home and follow the correct procedures to ensure no one else ends up with a home looking like ours. As for the roof, t

I have had Rotonya and her team for more than 3 years as property managers and always enjoyed working with them. The few negative reviews are from bitter people or complaintive, unhappy tenants ,like the recent one . I would recommend this business for anyone looking for property managers in the Columbia and Lexington SC area . They are fine and honest people to deal with .

We are so pleased with Property Management Services and highly recommend their services. They have been managing our rental property in Northeast Columbia and have been doing an excellent job.  They are organized, professional, and knowledgeable about the market.  After our first tenant moved out, our townhouse was left in immaculate and spotless condition, and they very quickly found us a new tenant.  Rotonya and her team are so friendly and personable.  They are easy to work with, and respond quickly to questions.  We highly recommend their services.

Just look at the terrible responses that this company is giving tenants & applicants that give them low star ratings for their horrible customer service and lack of communication. It's very telling of their lack of character and ethics. I would not let this company manage my property nor would I apply to become a tenant under their property management. Just take a look at their responses and see how they deflect, gaslight and insult when the review isn't good. It's very typical of certain types.
