I own a roofing company and I have had excellent experience in my interactions with the PMS Team. I have worked with Amy the Property Manager at Concord West of Ashley who was very kind and insightful. Additionally, I had the chance to speak with Lona Vest the owner and she had great energy and seemed to be very knowledgable about all things related to PMS. I would highly recommend working with the people I have met on their team.

I have had an extremely negative experience with Property Management Services, and I can confidently say this is the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. Despite "Property Management" being in their name, the owner appears to have little to no understanding of or interest in providing actual property management services. Their performance is so poor that it borders on criminal. Homeowners' associations (HOAs) are paying for services that are simply not being delivered. Any HOA board that hires or continues to work with this company should be held accountable. The lack of service and the financial mismanagement of HOA funds is appalling. Excellent experiences with PMS in Mt Pleasant; regularly refer Lona one of the partners to our business associates with property management needs in the Charleston area. Both owners are exceptionally understanding and caring about what they do, they have a very large and talented group of folks managing tons of properties here and they have decades of professional experience with strong focus on customer satisfaction. I can't say the same for other property management companies we've tried that we're either terrible or fly-by-night. Whenever we have issues it's taken care of professionally and promptly. High thumbs up and kudos to PMS. Recommend them to everyone.

Very poor service. Countless complaints from neighbors that PMS never returns emails or voice messages or even messages with their front desk. I escalated this to the company owners via email and voice messages, and these were also not returned. Eventually our assigned rep flat out lied to me, tried to tell me that she had not received my "message" -- but I called her out on this: I had a log of over 20 attempts to reach her, including emails (with "read" receipts), as well as the messages I left with the front desk. Consistently fail to distribute required disclosures to residents (budget, expenses); and failed to correct this over years of requests. Maintenance requests often go ignored for months. Lisa Landy and PMS took over management of East Bridge Town Lofts a couple years ago. They have done a wonderful WONDERFUL job-if I had more than five stars to work with, I'd rate them higher!
