Moved in under the story of no HOA, then it was a $50 HOA, then within 3mo it’s a $70+ HOA. For them to do absolutely nothing. It covers the $25 a month trash and that is it. There are nearby neighborhoods with pools, gyms, recreational areas with a lower HOA… Taking $70 a month and lighting it on fire would be more beneficial that paying this HOA.

This property management company is perhaps once of the worst I have ever had to deal with. The accuse you of not making payments when your account is set to autopay. Their system takes out payments on the 1st of the month. If the 1st falls on the weekend, they take it out the month prior on that Friday. Then they accuse you of missing a month. Not only that but they send around people like Steve Price to stalk and harass you and take pictures of your house while you are in the midst of cleaning up and getting ready for trash day and send you "violations" to your house. The coward didn't even have the courage to ask me what I was doing. He just sneakily came around and took a picture of a black trash bag leaning against my garage. Congrats, Steve you are officially the coward of the year.

This property management company is a joke. They pick and choose when they want to enforce the rules, and it’s never fair across the board. The bylaws say people are supposed to keep their yards up, but you can drive through here and see a bunch of houses looking rough and nothing ever gets done about it. They don’t care what the residents think, they don’t listen, and they always do the bare minimum just to get by. And don’t be surprised when your rates shoot up once you’re out from under the builder HOA, because you’ll be paying more for the same lousy service. We’re already pushing to find a new company, because this one clearly doesn’t care about our community.

We bought a property and PMP manages it. They only gave us ONE fob for our clubhouse. They are not giving anymore but instead offered a Bluetooth option. I email Jill Fehrer about obtaining this access on 8/12/2024. It is now 8/30/2024 and we still do not have the email or any communication from Jill about having the access. I called the office and “everyone has left for the day.” Prior to the 5p closing time they have listed. The secretary Dot hung the phone up in my face after I asked for a supervisor or contact information for a higher up to complain. This management company is absolutely horrid. If you can avoid them please do. See attached photos of the way they “manage” our gym. It was not until after I complained with pictures that anything changed.

This property management group is, for lack of better word, disgraceful. I am so glad to be selling my house and getting far, far away from their incompetence. I’d give zero stars if I could.
