This is how our HOA community is being maintained. These pictures were taken 2 years apart and the pond, that used to be teeming with wildlife, has been empty for a year. Written correspondence has been sent asking for an update and there was a response to everything else in the email, except for this. A separate email was sent to residents chastising them for asking our individual HOA members what the plan is. The only thing sent to us as a whole is that they are “working diligently” on a solution. So we can’t ask our neighbors who volunteered to advocate for our community and we’re ignored by the management company. If I could give less than a one-star rating a would. PMI has been our management company for years and they have never once gotten back to us on time about any issues. One of the most poorly ran companies in the area. We had 5 inches of snow last night and every road is completely cleared, yet our parking lots are not touched and it's 9am. If there is any way you can avoid PMI, do it at all costs.

These people are crooked as they come.They are still charging me rent for a property I no longer own or live it.Many emails and messages later and I am now receiving notices for outstanding debts.They are committing fraud.I lived at my property for a decade until this company took over.Every time I turned around there was a notice on my door for frivolous or non existent problems.When I reached out to the owners of the park to complain about the new management there exact words were "I am well aware that PMI has no clue what they are doing." I decided to sell my property and move rather then deal with these people.Surprise,It did not end there.Months later and they are trying to collect non existent debts.On top of that they owe me money.They have yet to return my security deposit.Run as f

Terrible management. No response to calls or emails. Never do anything to improve the property. They have rules but only certain people have to follow them, they aren’t everyone rules. Even when snow plowing they only do half the street. Oh but they have no issues increasing rent or charging fees. Worst of the worst. Our whole neighborhood calls PMI slum lord wannabes. Avoid anything they are associated with.

This company is dirty, they add really limiting clauses in their agreements, their agreements also allow for month to month but they refuse it and make you sign another lease, then increase rent. even with 60 days notice to vacate, they will make you pay the entire month no matter what. terrible management company all around. Response to Owner: When discussing the move out date with your staff, there was an omission from your employees that we would be required to pay full months rent. We would have kept our October 31st date had your employees been open and honest. Now, we are out almost $900 more dollars than expected. I don't know of any other management company that doesn't prorate rent. Omission of that fact is poor business practice. As for being operational for 50+ years, that mean
