Property Management Associates

I’ve been living at La Corona Del Mar for the past two years, and it’s been an incredible experience. The management team—especially Miriam—and the entire staff go above and beyond to make this place feel like home. The property is always well maintained, the atmosphere is peaceful, and any concerns are handled quickly and professionally. It’s rare to find a place where the management truly cares about the residents, but La Corona Del Mar delivers that in every way. I’m genuinely grateful to have found this community and can honestly say it’s been the best living experience I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!

Victory BLVD apartments are absolutely disgusting. 3 different families moved out this weekend. One girl who was probably in her twenties knocked on our door this weekend in tears because of her apartment flooding. We experienced several of the same issues. and then they blame it on the tenants and charge them for it!!! They find buildings that are already struggling and are money hungry. Several units received legal envelopes and they simply are a cash out.

I am happy with the service we receive and very pleased with the upgrades and facelift they gave the building and making it a much better place to live. Requesting maintenance is easy & generally done timely. My one complaint would be the bike area which has turned into a mashing of rusty, dusty metal that no one seems to know who the bikes belong to and now it's hard to get to the restrooms next to them. If a tenant does have a bike locked up in that area, good luck getting it out

I'm writing on behalf of my father from Van Nuys Ca.. Ms. Gladys Kimball has been very attentive in answering questions and taking care of concerns my father has brought to her attention. Along with the quick service Mr. Rodolfo, provides with excellent results. Both have been very welcoming and my hospitable.

This is a warning for anyone renting with property management associates. Find another place to rent. Park manor has shut off my utilities for over a week and refused to give me a discount on my rent. Nobody ever in the office. Gladys told me to leave if I was unhappy even tho I pay my rent on time every month. Unkept old buildings in constant state of repair. BEWARE
