I was able to get an appointment the next morning after calling. David showed up and did a very thorough inspection of the house I am buying and explained everything in great detail. He was honest up front about pricing and his findings. I was extremely impressed with his knowledge and he actually did a few minor fixes of things while he was inspecting. Keith Riley was a great inspector. I’m a first time home owner and he answered ALL my questions before the inspection, answering them throughly and promptly.
