Sam Sparks owner of Property Doctors designed a beautiful upgrade to our backyard! His crew cleared the area of brush, built a beautiful retaining wall and planted 5 large Schip cherry Laurels and a walkway! We are very happy with the project! Very professional, hardworking crew! Sam is great to work with and his idea for our yard was perfect! Highly recommend using Property Doctors for any outdoor projects!

We moved into a home in August. The bushes and weeds were growing on top of each other! Sam and his crew got everything looking neat in 1 morning. He helped me decide what bushes to keep and what to remove. He gave me some great advice on helping my grass go back too. After Sam and his crew left, I didnt just love my house, I loved my yard right along with it.

Would not recommend at all ! We hired them to do steps in our backyard and a flagstone pathway from the driveway to our pool. The steps they look ok but were not installed properly with gravel under them. They used small pieces for our flagstones walk way and pieced some of them together which looks awful. So basically we have to rip up what they did with regards to the walkway and redo it ourselves. In response to reply from this contractor. I expressed my disappointment with the work that was done when I saw the finished product. The steps are poorly leveled and the flagstones used for the path are not installed correctly and of substandard quality. The pictures will clearly represent poor installation. My wife and I had the great fortune to utilize the landscaping services of Sam Sparks. His team at Property Docktors tackled my To-Do list like a fine-tuned machine. Sam, along with his foreman Matt, worked directly with us from start to finish. Their professionalism and attention to detail was exceptional. The entire crew is a marvel. The lengths to which they went to get things done per our request is without measure. And as to be expected, our property was transformed from vision to reality. Many, many thanks to Sam, Matt, the crew, and all those working behind the scenes at Property Docktors. I highly recommend them for your landscaping needs!

If I could give more stars, I would. I can not say enough about our outdoor transformation. Property Docktors came in like a band of ninjas and completely transformed our outdoor scape into a beautiful, welcoming surrounding for our home. What was estimated to be done in a week was completed in two and a half days. Everyone courteous and professional. Sam was awesome to work with. We ended up with the aesthetics we were hoping for.
