To clarify, I have never done business directly with Property Collective, however, Mr Phillip Brown has been the most unprofessional from the get go. My realtor waited over an hour to get into a property after he granted us the okay to view. fast forward to today, I closed on the said property. Made arrangements for realtor (Phillip Brown) to clear furniture from the said apartment and I have been STOOD UP TWICE. Even after, accepting a better time for his convenience. I honestly don’t understand this behavior, but this is highly unprofessional and I hope this isn’t how his actual clients are handled. Still waiting for furniture to be removed as I’m making arrangements to officially move in.
