Promontory Point Apartments

I Love this place! The office staff members are awesome (Shout out to Bri) The maintenance crew is on point. About a week after I moved in I noticed the water in the shower wasn't getting hot enough. So I put in a work order. They came the same day, investigated, and put in a brand new water heater the next day!... The things I like the most about living here are that the neighbors are chill, and I feel safe in this community. This place is Legit. Highly recommended!

My wife, daughter and I have been living here for almost 2 months now. Our overall experience so far has been great! The office staff as well as the maintenance personnel have been very friendly and courteous. We are so happy we found Pomontory Point. We will definitely recommend it.

The office staff and the apartments are excellent. Any work orders or maintenance have been addressed very quickly. Very safe and clean. We are happy and lucky to live here!

My ceiling collapsed in my outside storage space. Management did not hesitate to send the roofers to repair it. Shortly after, maintenance, Tony, Steve and Eugen came to repair the fallen ceiling. I must say that they did an awesome job! I can't even tell there was damage. They are a great team!!

I’ve really enjoyed living at this apartment complex. It’s very well-managed, and I’ve rarely needed to submit maintenance requests — but on the few occasions I have, the team responded quickly and got everything fixed the same day. Big shoutout to Steve and for being especially kind and helpful! The amenities here are a huge plus — everything is kept clean and in great condition. My kids especially love the pool, and it’s been such a nice bonus to have that space for them to enjoy. 10/10 recommend !!
