In 2019, I came home to a collapsed ceiling (thanks 1970's Mungo home builds). Ray and his team were absolute SAVIORS in this situation. Their team came out and got all of the insulation out and did all the cleanup work. Then over the next two weeks worked with me to get the ceiling reinforced and dry wall restored. I could not have asked for a better company!!! Thank you so much for all you did to make my house feel like a home again and not a disaster zone. I will be using this company again!

Took a little bit longer than we had hoped, but in the end they did what they promised and our new floors look great!

Ray and his team are amazing! USAA recommended Prominent Homes and told us they are in the top three companies on the list. USAA was spot on! We had our roof torn off in a storm that hit at a little after 5:00 pm. They were headed to our house to help within an hour. The next day they arrived at daylight and worked all day and told us the goal was to complete the job the same day...and they did. They worked from sun up to sundown. I recommend Prominent Homes Inc. 100% and USAA is also commended for sending the best company ever. We did not even have time to grasp what had happened!! Thank You So Much and God Bless You!!!

Mr Davis, You and I spoke about the work that was covered and the work that was not covered by your insurance company. You did pay your deductible BUT did NOT pay the extra upfront as we talked about. We still planned on doing the work. You and everyone else in the midlands of South Carolina knew that during the time it was a very high amount of rain fall and we do NOT work on roofs while it is raining. Let alone take a roof apart.
