I’ve had an amazing experience at Promenade Point Apartments! The community itself is great, but what truly sets this place apart is the exceptional staff. Every team member I’ve interacted with has been friendly, professional, and genuinely interested in helping residents feel at home. Whether it's the office team answering questions with patience and clarity or the maintenance crew responding quickly and thoroughly, the staff consistently goes above and beyond. It’s rare to find a community where you feel this supported. If you’re looking for a place with a great atmosphere and a team that truly cares, Promenade Point is the way to go!

Promenade Pointe will always hold a special place in my heart since it was the first place my husband and I shared together. We really loved how quiet the community stayed throughout our time there. The team here is incredible. Lisa was such a gem and got us moved in so quickly. Antwan was always there whenever we needed anything and really helped make our place feel like a home. Jackie was always so friendly and you could always count on her to say hello and make sure we were doing well. Working from home full-time, I really valued the community events; they were the perfect excuse to get out of the house! Also, for any fellow military families, the process of using our military clause to break the lease was completely seamless. It was a super smooth transition with no issues at all. W

As the mother of a first-time renter, I cannot recommend Promenade Point Apartments highly enough. My daughter recently moved out on her own for the first time, and while I was nervous about the process, Promenade Point stood out above every other community we visited. From our first meeting, Ms. Jackie made an incredible impression. She is professional, approachable, and truly cares about the residents. My daughter had countless questions as she navigated her first lease, and Ms. Jackie was patient and thorough each and every time. She explained everything clearly, reassured her, and made us both feel comfortable throughout the process.
