My partner and I lived here for a year and we wish we stayed longer. Not only are the apartments spacious with great amenities, but the staff who maintain the apartments and facilities are amazing. Berenice and Travis were our go-to's and they took care of everything. You will genuinely feel taken care of should you decide to live here.

Great community. Just moved out after 2 years due to leaving the area. The office and maintenance staff are all kind, professional, and seem to genuinely care about the residents and community. Maintenance needs are addressed in impressive time and the property is well maintained.

I’ve been living here for 18 months and I couldn’t be happier. It’s a peaceful, safe place with excellent management. From day one, I’ve felt supported and at ease. Without a doubt, it’s the best place of its kind in the area. One of the things I appreciate the most is how clean everything is and how efficient and timely the maintenance service is. I just want to start by giving a special thanks to the team here. Javier, Travis, and Bernice are such hard workers and they never fail to ensure we are taken care of. We have lived here for over a year and am always blown away by how effective and efficient the team here is. Maintenance orders never go 24 hours without a response and are usually taken care of the same day if possible. Not to mention the hard work that is put into the property itself. It’s always clean and maintained. Their hard work really shows and always pays off. We are so grateful to have an amazing team we can count on. We just renewed a 15 month lease with them so we can stay as long as possible. I truly do love it here and will continue to refer as many people as I can. By far the best complex in Oviedo. Thank you
