We were referred to ProManage from a neighbor of our former home, turned rental property, when we expressed dissatisfaction with our then-current property manager. We started to vet them as we did the previous manager and quickly realized we were better off cutting ties at the end of the lease with our old manager and moving to ProManage. Since hiring them, we landed a great couple into our home as tenants and the process gave us just the right balance of being in the loop but not needing to do any heavy lifting. We are greatly pleased with the service, communication, and overall work ethic of the ProManage team. We look forward to keeping them on as our property managers for years to come.

AR and his team do an excellent job of managing my property. He has a great deal of connections with maintenance, cleaning crew's, etc.. so that if anything is needed it can be done quickly and at reasonable prices. The company responds in reasonable amount of time to any inquires and have been able to get tenants when needed rather quickly. I would recommend Promanage Tx to anyone looking for a property manager. GT

We have be renting with them for years, they have always taken great care of us, notably any time the house needed anything they where absolutely on it example a/c went out, I made one call and they had some one there within a couple of hours. Honestly I can’t say good enough things about them. When we decided we needed more space, we shopped around but ultimately knew we would be staying with them, they showed us multiple options and they found the perfect new place for us! We couldn’t be happier knowing they’re here for us when we need them.

If I could give Zero stars, I would. I’m warning anyone thinking of using this property management company — don’t make the same mistake I did. They completely failed to protect my property not once, but twice. Both tenants they approved caused over $20,000 in damage each time. I specifically requested quarterly inspections, yet they only did one and ignored the rest. When the last tenant stopped paying rent and was arrested for domestic violence, the company did nothing to help. They dragged their feet, refused to take the tenant to court, and left me with the mess and the bill. Their negligence and lack of accountability were unacceptable and costly. They will leave you to fend for yourself. Don't risk your investment. After all that, I switched to a different realtor to sell the pro
