Whole heartedly disappointed in the way we have been treated by these builders. We were so close to not closing at all on the house of our dreams just because of how they treat their buyers. We were asked not to say anything bad about them to any of the neighbors, yet we find out later that the builders themselves were telling our neighbors what a jerk my husband was. It’s amazing that one company can find so many dishonest employees. I think it’s a job requirement to not have any morals. AFTER we bought the house we had to fix leaks under the bathroom and kitchen sinks, replace light fixtures, fix doors that weren’t hung correctly and more. Also instead of talking to us about using a whole side of our fence (on both sides) they just did what they wanted without permission or acknowledgeme

Terri Tarver is amazing to work with! She made every part of our home sell and purchase stress free and helped it all come together at the end. You will never find another realtor who is more personable, professional or cares about her clients as much as Terri! If you ever need an agent, she should be the first and last call you make.

Progressive Realty represented the seller of a commercial property I purchased in 2013. I’ve had the pleasure of working with many excellent commercial agents/brokers, but Progressive Realty is the best of the best. If you are buying or selling commercial real estate you need Wayne and Progressive Realty on your side of the table.

I have been involved in multiple sales and purchases with Progressive Realty and on both sides of the sale, as a buyer and a seller, everything was handled professionally and as agreed. Our agent, Wayne Bartlett, is always friendly, professional, and very responsive. Overall, a great group of people and I would do business with them again.

I would never recommend this company to anyone. I would leave negative stars if it was possible. Took forever to get any issues handled and even when they were, they were done as cheaply as possible. I specifically asked for one person to not be sent to my house and of course they try to send this specific individual. It was clearly stated in my certified letter they were not allowed on my property. This specific contractor stated in a text that he could care less and to call the office. I had tried via call, text, and certified letter to get things repaired and never got an answer. I didn't get anything fixed until I walked in and asked for the list of arbitrators. I will never recommend or use anyone connected with this company, its employees, or its contractors.
