Tim got me started in real estate investing. To be honest I wasn’t 100% on his ideas, mainly investing in palm bay, but after over 20 years of working with him I just trust and do what he says. I am just over 50 and can easily retire. I don’t want this to sound obnoxious but he has helped/guided me in so many deals that I can retire now and never work another day in my life. I have worked with multiple agents in the area (even got sued because of one) and I can say without a doubt, no one knows more about the brevard market than Tim. Buying/Selling, if you are interested in the best call him! You will be glad you did.

I have been working with Rebecca for the last 6 weeks to help find a rental home. I would highly recommend working with Progressive Real estate. Rebecca is knowledgeable, patient and very sweet. I will be working with them again for all of my future real estate needs!
